Questions
Are you a leader who knows that you have a calling for business or ministry but not sure of who, what, when, where, or how?
My wife, Dr. Cherry, and I very often refer to the 5 W’s and 1 H, a journalism term, when it
comes to leaders trying to find their place in accomplishing what they believe God has called them to do. This is an area that can be very challenging whether you are a new leader, aspiring leader, or a leader in transition. Timing is everything. Moving too soon or too late can be very detrimental to any business or ministry as well as not being in the right place, or not operating in a way that is conducive for the audience that God has called you to. In everything, God has an order.
Are you a leader who is frustrated because you have been functioning but not making the kind of progress you hoped to see based upon the time and energy you put in your leadership role? In fact, some days you feel like quitting and doing something different because you are seeing very little if any benefits from all your hard work and wonder what is it that you are
doing wrong.
Unfortunately, this is very common among leaders, whether in business or in ministry, where they run into a dead end like a street. I show you how to make a leader shift, how to stretch and go to the next level in your business or ministry and how not to lose all of those who are following in the transition.
Are you a pastor or minister who has felt stuck in tradition and feel that God is calling you to transition into a mainstream, diversified ministry that is open to persons of different races, nationalities, and denominations but you are afraid to move out of your denominational background due to threat of financial loss, rejection, and the possibility of having to start over
from scratch?
Change can be difficult, but possible. It begins with your own internal adjustments as you become in alignment with God’s word by seeing God’s church the way He sees it. I call it a “Joseph Cloak” church which is a church of many colors. There are so many leaders who are hungry for diversity in their church, organization, and business. This begins with the leader and not fancy, expensive advertisement. I will show you how to understand other cultures and not feel intimidated or fear being rejected. I will also show you how you have something to offer others regardless of their race, color, and denominational background. You will learn to build from nothing, if needed, and understand how you can become a change agent!
If any of the above questions and statements resonate with you, then you stand the chance of benefiting from leadership development advisement. I would be honored to work with you. To schedule an initial session, please see my calendar below.
